Raise It Fundraising - Campaign Terms and Conditions

"Get Active" & ATHONS Terms & Conditions

1. Launching a campaign on the Raise It website deems acceptance of these campaign terms & conditions provided with your sign up form.

2. In order for your fundraising website to be ready for your event launch day you will need to provide the required information by dates specified by your campaign manager.

3. Your organisation will receive 90% of the total donations made. This assumes you are registered for GST and can claim back the GST portion of Raise It Fundraising’s fee invoice which will be for 10% of total donations excluding GST. Example: Total Donated: $30,000 Raise It Invoice: $3,000 plus $300 (GST) = $3.300 If you cannot claim the GST back your total will be 89% of total donations made.

4. Raise It’s fee is a minimum of $500 + GST. This is always taken from funds raised and we will never ask you to pay this fee if your campaign does not raise the amount to cover it. E.g. Total Donated: $2,000 Raise It Invoice: $500 + $50; balance of $1,450 paid out.

5. Raise It Fundraising asks your donors to optionally contribute an additional amount of 8.5% of their donation towards card processing fees and platform costs. This is entirely optional and they can opt out of this. It is retained by Raise It to put towards platform and credit card processing fees for the campaign.

6. Raise It will endeavour to make sure your fundraising event website is available 24 x 7 but there may be times where due to unexpected outages the site is unavailable.

7. Go Raise It are a partner of technology platform Raisely – https://raisely.com/partner-directory/ – your fundraising data and payments will be processed on the Raisely platform. You can find their privacy policy at https://raisely.com/privacy

8. Raise It will deposit your final profit from your fundraiser to your nominated bank account within 7 – 10 business days** of your last day of sales. Raise It will provide an invoice and statement for all purchases to you on payment. Funds must be paid into an official bank account for your club or school – we will ask for verification of this. We cannot pay funds into personal bank accounts.
** We will endeavour to meet these schedules. There may be some payments received that take longer to process than others dependant on credit card company processing  clearance rules.

9. Raise It reserves the right to use your organisation name and amount raised in our promotional activities and material. We also reserve the right to use figures from your campaign like largest individual amount fundraised. We will never use individual fundraisers names.

10. Raise It will provide email contact details for website support on your event website for donors/supporters. We will endeavour to make contact with anyone who raises a support query within 1 business day of receipt of the support request.

11. Raise It reserves the right to invoice you after funds have been paid out should one of the campaign donors dispute their donation to the campaign and this leaves Raise It Fundraising out of pocket. The invoice will be for the disputed amount less the profit already paid to the school for that donation. Raise It will not bill the dispute fees charged by the bank.
